Mohamed Ibrahim Farag, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the IFG Group, confirmed that the year 2023 will be an exceptional year in terms of business for the group, as large investments have been pumped to expand in the local market and gain more confidence from the Egyptian customer. While another factory is being established to assemble pick-up cars, and our goal in the group is to contribute to the Egyptian state’s plans to deepen the national industry and create new job opportunities for youth in line with Vision 2030. On the current situation of the car market, Faraj said, the global economy is witnessing a slowdown in growth at all levels, not just cars, and the repeated crises that the world has witnessed during the past two years caused this situation, but there are always positive aspects, and we must work from this perspective, as the market will recover And he will go strong to make up for what happened and we must be ready for that. Since the Corona crisis, we have begun to develop plans and a strategy for expansion and reliance on manufacturing, so we established the factory, and we are currently conducting construction work for three new service centers to be added to the IFG service network during the current year, and we will complete the other centers during the next two years in the Administrative Capital and New Minya, so that the IFG centers cover Egypt geographically and all this in order to gain the trust of the client. We also care a lot about young cadres and we have a training center in Suez, and there will be a state-of-the-art equipped center in the administrative headquarters of the group on the 6th of October, in order to rehabilitate workers permanently with the presence of Chinese experts, whether in the field of service and maintenance or in the field of manufacturing, and it will not be limited to workers We have and there will be cooperation protocols with Egyptian universities to train students in our faculties of engineering and technical institutes in order to gain practical experience and exposure to the labor market, and they will be granted accredited certificates. Regarding the new products, he confirmed that the first of them will be the all-new Soueast DX8s Coupe, and it will be launched in the coming days at a competitive price. We can say that it is the lowest price and the most equipped among its competitors in the Egyptian market. substitute for it.
