It is truly a wonderful exceptional session.... Its title was success despite all the obstacles and prohibitions that resulted from the Corona pandemic, which affected economies, especially the economies of exhibitions around the world with its various activities and locations.  ) in the historical city of Istanbul, with a joint organization between the Frankfurt Exhibition Authority and the Hannover Exhibition Authority, which started from November 18 to November 21, 2021, as this session is a postponed session that was not held on its scheduled date for 2020 due to Corona.

Egyptian absence from Automechanika Istanbul Plus 2021

 

I would have liked to see a large pavilion or a strong presence for Egyptian companies that were able in the recent period to impose themselves with the quality of production and the global presence in Automechanika Istanbul Plus in its 2021 session, but Egypt did not participate in the exhibition, and by asking the exhibition director responsible for international contracts Jean Barkey, he confirmed that Egypt is a market  A large multi-activity and quality in Automechanika is a good thing and weighs heavily on the exhibition, especially in light of the strong competition between companies in North Africa, as well as the strong relationship between Turkish and Egyptian companies in various fields, and also because the Turkish market is the closest to the Egyptian market and the most similar.  Egyptian companies decide not to participate, but we hope in the next session in June 2022 that there will be a strong pavilion for Egyptian companies. Barkey stressed that the number of visitors from Egypt to the exhibition in this session was very large, whether through attendance or through follow-up via the Internet.  This assures us that we are present strongly through effective communication through the purchase of media in Egypt.

 

Events on the sidelines of the exhibition

 

The exhibition witnessed the presentation of a group of important activities, including the ably converting of the 1987 BMW 3 Series cars to the BMW M3 with all stages of renewal through the Esgaraj Company pavilion .... A group of electric cars and their spare parts and a number of the latest technological systems specialized in lighting were also displayed.  And the latest types, whether LED or smart, and a number of the latest designs of car upholstery and its derivatives were presented.
