In keeping with its innovative implementation of new automotive retail concepts, Ezz Elarab Star inaugurated their first Mercedes-Benz test drive center at Madinaty Golf Club designed to serve customers in East Cairo and allow them to learn about the latest Mercedes-Benz models and to test-drive their favorite car models. This new center is part of an ambitious expansion plan that began with the inauguration of the first Mercedes-Benz

 

boutique in Egypt and North Africa, at the exclusive Mall of Arabia. The boutique showroom, which was the first of its kind to open in a retail shopping mall, was constructed according to the latest international design standards and “MAR 2020” retail concept. One of the key features of this one-stop-shop boutique showroom is the incorporation of the latest interactive digital and technology services and concepts for customer service that provides a unique customer experience. Ezz Elarab Star offers its customers, whether individual or fleet customers, a distinguished range of new and used Mercedes-Benz models, with the ability to quickly and easily trade-in cars, and offers a variety of insurance and protection solutions. Eng. Hisham Ezz Elarab, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ezz Elarab Automotive Group, said: “We are always working to provide new and unique buying experiences for our customers, and the opening of the Driving Experience Center comes as a continuation of Ezz Elarab’s journey with Mercedes-Benz Egypt… and we still have much more to offer enthusiasts of the brand in Egypt”. He further stated, “We are working according to an ambitious expansion plan, by injecting more investments to ensure we offer the highest level of services in our sales and after-sales business.” For his part, Mr. Adham El-Gazzar, General Manager of Ezz Elarab Star, added: “I am very proud of the new achievement we have achieved by opening the first Ezz Elarab Star Mercedes-Benz test drive center, which provides a new and different experience for luxury lovers. This step came after an extensive study to choose a strategic pivotal site to cover and serve new areas, namely, the areas of East Cairo, which include Katameya, Al Shorouk, Al Rehab, Al Tagamoa and Madinaty.” The center was carefully selected, following extensive studies, to reflect the prestigious image of Mercedes-Benz and its long-held global association with the sport of golf. It is worth mentioning that Mercedes-Benz has been very active in the world of professional golf for over thirty years and is associated with some of the sport’s most significant tournaments.
