Michelin Company and TAMCO Trading and Distribution celebrated recently their 40-year anniversary at a ceremony, hosted at the monumental Salah El-Din Citadel, in Cairo. A distributor of MICHELIN tyres in Egypt since 1979, the occasion saw Mr. Yasser Mahmoud Marzouk, CEO, TAMCO welcome Mr. Marc Pasquet – President, Michelin Africa, India and Middle East (AIM) Region, Mr. Naser Shashaa, Regional Director, Michelin Middle East and other delegates to celebrate the milestone. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Yasser Marzouk said “TAMCO is delighted to celebrate a fruitful 40 year partnership with Michelin. We have provided the Egyptian people with the best Michelin products since 1979, making us one of the leading tyre distributors in the country. I look forward to continuing this relationship with Michelin and in turn paving the way for more growth in the Egyptian market for years to come.” Reflecting on this successful partnership, Mr. Marc Pasquet, President, Michelin Africa, India and Middle East (AIM) Region said, “Today is a special day for Tamco and Michelin which are celebrating 40 years of partnership. We have accomplished a lot together in the Egyptian market and I would like to thank TAMCO’S management for their continuous commitment to provide the best tires to the Egyptian market.
